Jackson's Death - Manslaughter?

HOUSTON (Reuters) - Pop star Michael
Jackson died from a lethal dose of
the powerful anesthetic propofol
given in a cocktail of drugs, leading
authorities to suspect his doctor of
manslaughter, court documents showed
on Monday.

The "Thriller" singer suffered cardiac
arrest and died on June 25 at age 50.
Since then, an investigation by state
and federal agencies have focused on
Conrad Murray, Jackson's personal
doctor who was at his bedside the day
he died.

The findings, contained in a warrant
to search Murray's home and offices,
paint a picture of an insomniac pop
star who could not sleep without heavy
medication. Jackson sought out
propofol -- routinely used to sedate
patients and anesthetize them before
surgeries such as a

His life was much too short, yet it was filled with
many magic moments and lasting memories. I have lost
a dear brother, but the world has lost a great and
caring humanitarian."

The tribute to Michael Jackson will be staged at
Schoenbrunn Palace to accommodate 85,000 loving
fans.

Beatles's 40th Abbey Road Anniversary

Forty years ago, The Beatles shot an album cover
along Abbey Road and hundreds of fans stormed the
famous spot to mark the event.

The cover caught the Fab Quartet strolling across
the famous crossing to meet in the north west
London and do their singing.

The shot was recreated with Beatles lookalikes
crossing the same path organized by tour guide
and Beatles cafe owner, Richard Porter.

Porter said: "The picture is just so easy to copy
well normally it is easy to copy. It is simple
and it's like a shrine to the Beatles."

Beatles's former road manager joined the event and
said: "Other than Paul and Ringo, I'm the only
person alive who was here on that day. It's great
to see that the whole thing carries on. Through
the musical genres and revolutions of the last 40
years the Beatles are still number one."

Panic At The Disco New Members

Panic At The Disco made public their two new members.

Replacing Ryan Ross and Jon Walker who quit the band
and form The Young Veins will be replaced by Guitarist
Ian Crawford and bassist Dallon Weekes.

Drummer Spencer Smith told MTV: "Ian is probably the
most talented guitar player that me and Brandon (Urie)
have ever played with, and Dallon is a really nice guy
and really great bassist."

The band was formed in Las Vegas, Nevada, by two
childhood friends—Ryan Ross on the guitar and
Spencer Smith on the drums. Since the age of 13,
the two played Blink-182 covers together, according
to an interview with Walker and Ross. Ross and Smith
then created a band under the name of
"The Summer League" with Brent Wilson and Trevor Howell,
who would later leave the band. (http://en.wikipedia.org)

Wilson met Brendon Urie at Palo Verde High School.
Wilson asked Urie to try out as guitarist for the
fledgling band, as they were looking for a
replacement for Trevor at the time. Originally, Urie
was not the band's lead singer. Rather, the position
belonged to former guitarist and lyricist Ryan Ross.
However, when they heard Brendon sing backup vocals
during a rehearsal, they were impressed with his
backup vocal abilities and unanimously decided to
make him the singer. The band then settled on the
name 'Panic! at the Disco.' (http://en.wikipedia.org)

Do You Like Madonna's Biceps?

Buzz...Buzz...a lot is goin' around whether
or not Madonna is having problems with her
eating habits. Maybe she's just working out
too much. Above all the rumors, of course
all of us hope that she's in top shape.

In todays modern world, private and celebrity
societies consider great-looking arms as the
reigning standard of what we call fit. Experts
say that breasts and tummies can be enhanced
but arms are the true reflection of a person's
workout discipline.

Madonna may be working out too much, but personally
I think having well-toned arms are better than
loose sagging ones.

"Someone Wants Me Dead"...Michael

Michael Jackson the 'King of Pop' died of
suspected cardiac arrest last June 25, 2009 at
age 50. A month before the tragedy, it was
reported that he related to his 11-year-old
daughter Paris his fears saying:"I'm going to
die soon. Someone wants me dead."

In the new book of author Ian Halperin
'Unmasked: The Final Years of Michael
Jackson'
, he wrote: "He called her into his
room and told her not to get mad at him if he
didn't make it to Father's Day (21.06.09).
He felt extremely ill. Unfortunately, no-one
wanted to help him."

According to the author, one of Michael's aides
told him that the icon was being given prescription
drugs "like candy".

The aide reportedly said: "Someone wants him
dead. They keep feeding him pills like candy.
They are trying to push him over the edge. He
needs serious help. The people around him will
kill him."

Halperin also insists that Michael Jackson was
not fit to do the shows and he was forced to do 50.

Ian said: "Michael was in extreme pain, especially
the last few months and weeks of his life.
With his tour looming, the only way he'd be able
to get up was with the use of drugs to help him,
to numb the pain. Michael was the first to admit
he was in no condition to do a two-hour show.
They were to camouflage it with old video clips, new
video clips and dancers on stage."

Last July 13, 2009, fans gathered at The O2 where
they sang songs and lit candles as a tribute to
Michael Jackson
, the 'King of Pop.'

"Green Guys" Not Impressed With U2

U2, the Irish Rock band is being criticized for
producing huge amount of carbon footprint on
their '360' world tour.

The excessive emission produced by the band
equals 90,000 people traveling by air from Dublin
to London, claims from Carbonfootprint.com, an
environmentalist organization.

Helen Roberts, an environmental consultant said:
"The carbon footprint generated by U2's 44 concerts
this year is equal to carbon created by the four band
members traveling the 34.125 million miles from
Earth to Mars in a passenger plane. To offset this
year's carbon emissions, U2 would need to plant
20,118 trees."

Mariah Carey Struggled With Performance

Everybody knows Mariah Carey, she's a talented artist
and a great performer but what we saw during the
Michael
Jackson memorial was quite different.
Mariah
obviously struggled.

She almost broke down at the sight of Michael's coffin
while fighting back tears as she delivered her version
of Jackson 5's "I'll Be There". Her enchanting and powerful
voice could hardly be heard and she had to count on fellow
artist Trey Lorenz to help her finish their piece.

from crying. I'm sorry that I wasn't able to pull it together
and really do it right, but I was literally choked up when
I saw him (Michael) there in front of me."

Mariah Carey added: "One thing I know is, we will never
really have to say goodbye to MJ. His legacy lives on through
his music and the millions of people he inspired with his
timeless music. He will be forever in our hearts."

Michael Jackson...Gone Too Soon

In the public memorial service for Michael Jackson,
his daughter, Paris, broke down into tears as she
spoke of how great her father was.

The eleven-year old Paris said: "Ever since I was born,
daddy has been the greatest father you could ever imagine,
and I just want to say I love him..so much."

After the service Michael's brother Jermaine, thank the
people who attended on behalf of the Jackson family and
said: "On behalf of my family and friends I'd like to thank
everyone for coming out. We thank you, that's all I can
say, we thank you very much."

Lots of big names in the entertainment world were at the
service to honor the 'King of Pop' including Stevie Wonder,
Smokey Robinson, Brooke Shields and many others, but the
words of family friend Rev. Al Sharpton somehow brought
a deeper meaning. He said: "It was Michael Jackson that
brought blacks and whites and Asians and Latinos together.
Michael Jackson kept going, he created a comfort level,
where people that felt they were separate became
interconnected with his music. Later, it wasn't strange to
watch Oprah on television. It wasn't strange to watch Tiger
Woods golf. He made people comfortable to vote for a
person of color for president. I want his children to know,
there wasn't nothing strange about your daddy. It was
strange what your daddy had to deal with."

Career Not Marriage For Pussycat Doll

For Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger, career is more
important right now not her relationship. She did not like
it when recently, papers suggested that she is ready to get
married and insisted that marriage is the least of her priorities.

Nicole said: "Someone asked me a general question about
what I wanted in ten years and whether my ambitions
included a family and then the next day it was in all the papers
that 'Nicole wants to marry Lewis' (Lewis Hamilton the race
car driver she's dating), when that was the last thing I said.

"In ten years time I would like to have accomplished a lot in
my career-that is the most important thing to me. My dream
is to do my own music one day, to have an unbelievable tour,
to have done some musical theater and some film and may
be to have opened up a performing arts school for the special
needs kids. That is my ultimate dream, not marriage."

Dating since 2007, it's a bit difficult for the couple to get out
and be in the public eye, but despite of that they make sure
that they have time to go to church together.

Nicole Scherzinger added: "Religion is an important bond.
One of the most important things if you want to have longevity
in a relationship is a good strong spiritual connection."

Millions Want In Michael Jackson's Memorial Service

I've seen and heard of a lot of lotteries before, but this
one is different and yet very special since it's for the
Michael Jackson Public Memorial Service.

The Staples Center, the official venue of the service
cannot of course accommodate all of the fans who want
to be part of the occasion. There's an allotment of 17,500
free tickets for the 10:00 a.m. service on Tuesday and
more than 1.6 million registered for the chance
to get a piece.

Michael Jackson's Music...His Legacy

Now that the registration is over
(which lasted until 6 p.m. Saturday online), AEG
is doing what they call thorough "scrubbing" of all the
entries to do away with any duplicates.

Winners of the lottery were randomly selected by a computer
and were notified last Sunday between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m.
There will be two venues for the occasion, only 11,000 tickets
will be for the one inside the Staples Center and the rest will
be for the wide-screen viewing at the Nokia Theater.

Fans who were not able to avail of the tickets were advised
by the L.A. police and officials to stay at home. The outside screens
of the venues will not be used to broadcast the service.
Organizers would also like to stress that this is a memorial for
Michael Jackson and not a show.

Beyonce Knowles wants to be a nun...wow!

The hit movie is recently making it big in London's

the project.

According to Britain's Daily Mail newspaper:
"Beyonce has asked her representatives to persuade
Disney to develop the show into a film vehicle for her.
If this comes to pass, she would take on, in musical

1992 'Sister Act' film, although the stage version moves
the action from the West Coast
to Philadelphia."

In a break from her UK 'I am Sasha Fierce tour'
Beyonce Knowles
