"The drugs propofol and lorazepam were
found to be the primary drugs responsible
for Mr. Jackson's death," said a news
release issued Friday by the coroner.
"Other drugs detected were: midazolam,
diazepam, lidocaine and ephedrine."

The release said Jackson died from
"acute propofol intoxication," but said
"other conditions contributing
to death: benzodiazepine effect."

Lorazepam, midazolam and diazepam
are benzodiazepines.

Jackson's Death - Manslaughter?

HOUSTON (Reuters) - Pop star Michael
Jackson died from a lethal dose of
the powerful anesthetic propofol
given in a cocktail of drugs, leading
authorities to suspect his doctor of
manslaughter, court documents showed
on Monday.

FREE mp3/iPod downloads here

The "Thriller" singer suffered cardiac
arrest and died on June 25 at age 50.
Since then, an investigation by state
and federal agencies have focused on
Conrad Murray, Jackson's personal
doctor who was at his bedside the day
he died.

The findings, contained in a warrant
to search Murray's home and offices,
paint a picture of an insomniac pop
star who could not sleep without heavy
medication. Jackson sought out
propofol -- routinely used to sedate
patients and anesthetize them before
surgeries such as a
colonoscopy -- and called it
his "milk."....(read more)

Weezer's New Album

Weezer from Too Cool For School on Vimeo.

Although a final track listing is still
being fleshed out, Weezer is set to
release "Raditude," the group's seventh
studio album, on October 27 on DGC
Records. Rivers Cuomo says that the band
is currently choosing from fifteen
different songs for possible inclusion,
but songs such as "The Girl Got Hot"
and "I'm Your Daddy" that the group
recently debuted live, will be on
"Raditude," alongside the first single,
"(If You're Wondering If I Want You To)
I Want You To."

"The sound of "Raditude" is fun, high
energy pop rock," Cuomo tells Billboard.com.
"Which is exemplified in a song like
'(If You're Wondering If I Want You To)
I Want You To.' 'I'm Your Daddy,' has an
up vibe with the same, heavy Weezer guitar
riff but with a little electro influence.
And 'The Girl Got Hot' - that's kind of
a witty, party jam."......(read more)

Miley Cyrus' New Guy?

(People.com) -- It looks like Miley Cyrus
and Liam Hemsworth are more than just
friendly costars.

Last Wednesday, as Cyrus bid Australian
actor Liam Hemsworth goodbye at the
Nashville airport, the two kissed -- and
were "full-on making out," says Alex
Emanuel, a New York actor who was a few
feet away from the couple and saw Cyrus,
16, act "as giddy as a schoolgirl."

Hemsworth jumped out of Cyrus's truck
with his luggage and headed for the
terminal doors when "she jumped into his
arms and threw her arms around his neck
and kissed him and leaned back and he was
dipping her," says Emanuel. "It was like
a scene out of an old movie where the
guy's getting on a train and they're
saying their goodbyes.".....(Full Story)

A Normal Guy For Kelly Clarkson

Kelly Clarkson wants to find love with just
a normal guy to keep her grounded.

Clarkson said: "I don't know if I could go
out with a celebrity. I'd rather have someone
that's, I don't know, an accountant. I don't
know, a normal job. I love my job, but like
having my separate life but you can't help who
you fall in love with, so I don't know who I
will end up with."

Her tight work schedule is what the singer
considers to be the big factor why it's gonna
be hard for her to find a special someone.

She added:"I'm not dating anyone. I just had
this conversation with my girlfriends out on
the road, my back-up singers. We're all single
and all the men are married. I don't ever meet
anyone because we're constantly around married
men. Unless I am going to date a guitar tech
or roadie I'm not sure where I will meet the
right guy."

Kelly Clarkson was the winner of the American
Idol first season who also expressed her views
on Paula Abdul leaving the show.

and Beatles cafe owner, Richard Porter.

Porter said: "The picture is just so easy to copy
well normally it is easy to copy. It is simple
and it's like a shrine to the Beatles."

Beatles's former road manager joined the event and
said: "Other than Paul and Ringo, I'm the only
person alive who was here on that day. It's great
to see that the whole thing carries on. Through
the musical genres and revolutions of the last 40

Replacing Ryan Ross and Jon Walker who quit the band
and form The Young Veins will be replaced by Guitarist
Ian Crawford and bassist Dallon Weekes.

Drummer Spencer Smith told MTV: "Ian is probably the
most talented guitar player that me and Brandon (Urie)
have ever played with, and Dallon is a really nice guy
and really great bassist."

The band was formed in Las Vegas, Nevada, by two
childhood friends—Ryan Ross on the guitar and
Spencer Smith on the drums. Since the age of 13,
the two played Blink-182 covers together, according
to an interview with Walker and Ross. Ross and Smith
then created a band under the name of
"The Summer League" with Brent Wilson and Trevor Howell,
who would later leave the band. (http://en.wikipedia.org)

Wilson met Brendon Urie at Palo Verde High School.
Wilson asked Urie to try out as guitarist for the
fledgling band, as they were looking for a
replacement for Trevor at the time. Originally, Urie
was not the band's lead singer. Rather, the position
belonged to former guitarist and lyricist Ryan Ross.
However, when they heard Brendon sing backup vocals
during a rehearsal, they were impressed with his
backup vocal abilities and unanimously decided to
make him the singer. The band then settled on the
name 'Panic! at the Disco.' (http://en.wikipedia.org)
