Alexis Cohen's Alleged Killer Faces More Charges

Former American Idol contestant Alexis Cohen was
killed in a hit and run last Saturday.

Daniel Bark, the man accused for her death may face
more charges. Superior Court Judge Wendell E.
Daniels expects counts of death by auto, eluding and
aggravated manslaughter be added to the charges.

Judge Daniels said that $150,000 could be attached to
the new complaints on top of the existing $35,000
bail that now holds Bark in jail.

On the other hand, Bark's attorney, David Glassman
sees the accident a "tragedy" and said: "He's (Bark)
having an extremely difficult time mentally coming
to terms with the fact there's an allegation that he
caused a death. His family wants the victim's family
to know their heart-felt condolences go out to the
victim."

Alexis Cohen according to her mother, auditioned for
the third time and was preparing for a call-back.
