Placebo Shoots To The Charts

All across Europe and major territories around the world,
Placebo conquered the charts with the release of their latest
album 'Battle for the Sun'.

For the first time it took the number one spot in Germany,
number one in nine other countries and top five in the rest.
The album also made it to No.51, their first ever in the top
100 of Billboard US.

major factor in the band's success. They offer free track downloads

Placebo will be featured in the iTunes Festival in London, UK
on 14th July. Fans can also catch them in 25 European festival
events this summer.
